In previous chapters, you learned how to form sentences using ‘will be’. In this lesson, we shall learn to form negative answers using ‘will be’.

Formation of a negative answer using ‘will be’

The formation of a negative answer is as follows:

  • No, + subject (you/he/she/it/they/any other singular or plural noun) + will not (won’t) be + present participle (-ing form) of main verb+ other words + full stop (.)

Examples of ‘will be’ in a negative answer
