Perfect Future Tense

In perfect future tense, verb describes the completed action in the future time. For this, first get the forms of verbs so that it will be easy to understand. We use modal verb shall/ will with have and past participle of verb in perfect future tense.

In this type, we use shall/ will according to subject as;

  • For first person that is I and we, we use ‘shall’.
  • If subject is second person, singular as well as plural number that is you, we use ‘will’.
  • For third person singular as well as plural number that is he, she, it, they or any other third person, we use ‘will’.

So, by taking the above rules in consideration, we get the formations as;

  • Subject + shall (I, we) + have + past participle of main verb + remaining words
  • Subject + will (you, he, she, it, they or any other) + have + past participle of main verb + remaining words

Keep in mind that this formation is of affirmative sentences.
